WHO WE ARE
CyberLeek is operated by Pablo Elenilson Fagundes da Rosa (trading as CyberLeek), who is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through this site. You can reach us at any time via the contact page.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Account data (email address, display name, login credentials managed by our authentication provider); newsletter email if you subscribe; messages and tips you send us; content you post such as comments and bookmarks; and technical data including IP address, device/browser identifiers and anonymous aggregate page analytics.
WHY WE USE IT
Account data: to create and operate your account and give access to purchased content. Newsletter email: to send the newsletter you asked for. Messages: to answer you and provide support. Content: to publish and moderate community contributions. Technical data: for security, fraud prevention, and understanding which coverage matters. We do not sell personal data.
LEGAL BASIS
We rely on performance of a contract for accounts, purchases and access to paid content; consent for the newsletter and any non-essential analytics or marketing cookies (withdrawable at any time); our legitimate interests in site security, fraud prevention and product improvement; and legal obligation where we must retain records such as tax and accounting data.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Service providers acting as subprocessors (hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, analytics and support tooling); Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record for the sale of digital products, payment processing, subscription and order management, invoicing, refunds and sales-tax compliance; professional advisers such as legal and accounting; and authorities where required by law. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Card and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us — we receive only the transaction and order records needed to grant access and support you.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some providers process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
COOKIES
Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure the checkout flow. Any analytics cookies are aggregate and non-essential, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time via the contact page. We aim to respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
RETENTION
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Newsletter data is removed on unsubscribe. Purchase and tax records are retained for the period required by law.
SECURITY
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database permissions to protect your data.
