Pablo Elenilson Fagundes da Rosa offers a full refund on any digital purchase made on CyberLeek (including the one-time Vault Access unlock) if you request it within 30 days of your order date. No explanation required.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or contact us via the CyberLeek contact page and we will pass the request to Paddle.
PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
AFTER A REFUND
Once a refund is issued, access to the paid Vault dossiers unlocked by that purchase ends. You can re-purchase access at any time.
