WHO YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH
CyberLeek is owned and operated by Pablo Elenilson Fagundes da Rosa (trading as CyberLeek) ("we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between you and Pablo Elenilson Fagundes da Rosa for your use of this site and any paid digital products offered on it.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, creating an account or purchasing on CyberLeek you agree to these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance, including of future updates published on this page. If you do not agree, stop using the site. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and if you accept on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Editorial coverage, video content and The Vault leak archive. Some material, including full Vault dossiers, requires a one-time paid unlock that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access that content through your account.
PAYMENT & ORDER TERMS
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and may exclude taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout. Payment, billing, invoicing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund Policy. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
MERCHANT OF RECORD
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
USE OF THE SITE
CyberLeek is provided for personal, non-commercial reading. Do not scrape, republish or resell our content without permission, share paid access credentials, or circumvent technical limits or paywalls.
MISUSE
You must not use the site unlawfully, engage in fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malware, probe or interfere with our security, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Pablo Elenilson Fagundes da Rosa retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the site, its software, editorial content, dossiers and branding. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited access rights described above.
ACCURACY & LEAKS
CyberLeek does not guarantee the authenticity of user-submitted or third-party material. Information may be incomplete, altered, outdated or unverified.
USER CONTENT
Comments and tips you submit must be lawful and your own. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your submissions in order to operate the site. We may remove content that is abusive, illegal or misleading, and we act on rights-holder complaints sent via the contact page.
AFFILIATION
CyberLeek is an independent, unofficial gaming media platform and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or other referenced publishers unless explicitly stated.
SERVICE LEVEL
We do not guarantee the site or paid content will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available, and we may modify or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice depending on severity, for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the site and close your account at any time. On termination, access to paid content ends; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
LIABILITY
Content is provided as-is and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of unverified information. To the extent permitted by law we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where law forbids it.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have locally.
